Our green travel policy promotes use of public transport over private cars. We offset carbon emissions through Climate Care. We are a consumer co-operative.

Our mission is to create a movement for social change that achieves:

We provide sustainable jobs in an ethical, democratic and caring environment. We operate an environmental management plan and according to international co-op principles. We monitor our business using 13 co-op key performance indicators.

We have an environmental policy and are developing our CSR policy. Our fundamental objective is to enable older people to live independently in their own homes.
